Being the cheap arse I am,Im interested in a Rustys 3"aal kit(thanks for the link) does it come with a trac rod bracket? Is it absoloutely needed. Are the 180 lb coil springs brutal? I`ll eventually end up with a adjustable rod, but for now?. This is a 95 sport.
Thanks a bunch.

Rusty's 3" kit does not come with a track bar or track bar bracket.
You can use the stock track bar and bracket with this 3" kit. Your axle will be slightly off center though, no big deal. I ran Rusty's 3" AAL with my stock TB for a while with no problems. I later up graded to an adj. TB.

180lb. coils are not brutal.

I would get the 180 lb spring rate over the 150 lb spring.

I bought a set of 150 lb/in springs used and they are a little soft i think.

I'd rusty 3" AAL, it ride fine, the front rate is lower than rear with AAL.
For the track bar I'd just redrilled the hole on the axle side.

buy a track bar off ebay for like 70$ from superlift it is brand new with some scratches on it thats wht i did
