i put 30x9.50's on my stock xj
the front sits up
but the rear leafs sag
someday i will buy a lift
so i don't want to buy new leafs
(the lift i want to get comes with leafs)
can i fix this with air shocks
just to get by until i get my lift
or should i buy new leafs and just go with a helper spring
lift
thanks, craig

Al three cherokees ive owned in stock form seem to have a to soft rear end when loaded. air shocks are pretty goofy but Ive considered them also for my 95, the ass end sits so low when loaded and towing its not funny. My first 85 came with factory air ride, kinda cool to load it hop in and up the ass went to level it out. Personally IME, add a leafs suck for ride quality, If your gonna lift it later hget new spring packs or build them.

mine's saggin too, i'm going to try to convince the wife that we might as well put some height to the jeep while changing out the rear leaf springs. Not too crazy, looking for just 3 inches to make it look a little more aggressive.
