After some rough roads with a trailer, I noticed a rattle from the back end. I crawled underneath and noticed the arm wich connects the rear shock with the frame/body, had broken. Hence, the shock was rattling loose. Now mind you, I immediatley recalled the volumes of horror stories on removing the botls. Hence, with no prior PB Blaster or not even a 1/2 breaker bar I turn the bolts. Guess what? They came out with no problem. First, I fix all the leaks on my 4.0, now I get out the bolts for the shocks with nary a problem. Life is good. Or, perhaps it is a sad commentary on my life that this is all it takes to make me happy!
