OK, if you search around either here on or mod tech there should be a post with a link to dana's technical specs page and IIRC it did list weights (if you got the axle, than even better as you can punch in the axle serial number get all of it's specs).

i shipped a complete one on a pallet and together it weighed somewhere around 220-240.

the pallet was about 4 foot square, and the axle is about 60 inches on top of that. I've shipped a few with ForwardAir for about $80 each time.

I have shipped a couple of them. Axle and pallet weigh 245-250 Lbs. Usually measures 68-70" long, 20" wide, 16" tall. $90.00 is about the minimum, $140.00 to AZ on the last one, shipped business to business by freight truck.
