Alex,
I'm always interested in new places. What trails did you run for the Loose
Screws? BTW, nice pix as usual.

Thanks!

We ran in order:

Arch Canyon
Hotel Rock
Peavine Canyon (in Dark Cyn Wilderness)
Elk Ridge (through the Abajo Mountains)
Beef Basin
Elephant Hill

Jared finished the tour with:

Lockhart Basin

These trail, put togther make a 250 mile or so off highway approach to Moab. I like to think of it as a Moab-type wilderness experience, without the Moab-type crowds. Great camping, incredible scenery, few people.

We could have added a few more miles by driving up Comb Wash from Bluff, UT. Maybe next year!

At that point to "complete the mission" to reach Moab on dirt roads, it was a tuff job but somebody had to do it :) so I ran Lockhart Basin as well.
