View Full Version : Front brake line problems
I was getting ready for my lift today and noticed a little brake fluid by the brake line fitting that enters the block on the caliper. I wiggled it a little bit to see what was wrong and it snapped off and there goes all my brake fluid. I am assuming I will have to buy an entire new brake line but was wondering which lines should I get (w/ cost being important)?

Get wrangler YJ lines, longer and cheaper than the steel braided ones. Can be had at any parts store to.

'95 Jeep wrangler, about $25.00 each. They are tougher than stainless steele braided.the XJ hose is around the same price or a little higher. You can get ABS or NON-ABS.
What would be the difference from the ABS and non-ABS (obviously one is for ABS and one is not but what is the difference in the line itself)?

The ABS hoses have plastic clips positioned on them every few inches to hold the ABS wires in place.
