Electrical Issue

Power windows, radio, horn,ignition all do NOT work.

Power locks, headlights, dome lights work.

Any ideas? Ignition switch?

1987 XJ w/4.0

Did you check ALL Fuses?

There is a electrical control box (black rectangular plastic) at the nondriver side of the car, just behind the battery and there you'll find a set of fuses AND relays, if you have checked the fuses for continuity you will also have to check that the relays are operating correctly and switching ON or OFF upon control demand.

In my 91 4.0L XJ you will find:

Relays back to front: Cooling fan / Fuel pump / A/C / Auto Shutdown / Starter / ABS Yllw light / ABS Mod

Fuses small: ABS Batt (2A) / Haz Lamps (15A)
Auto Trans (10A) / ABS Syst (30A)
Aux Fan (20A) / Aux Lamps (15A)
Ignition (15A) / Alt Pwr2 (60A)

Fuses Large:ABS Pump (30A) / Htd Rear Wind (40A) / Blank space
/ Fuse Block (40A) / Eng Cntrl (30A) / Alt Pwr1 (60A)

I would start by checking the Fuse Block fuse and then continue with the other
