aw4 fluid and filter change

it's a 1997 sport 4.0 aw4 tranny. problem- looks like the filler- dipstick tube should come apart above the pan. it isn't happening. tried to get the whole thing out, not working either. help please and thank you.....:)

I just took mine off yesterday. It was kinda tough to seperate, but I did it. Or, you can just take the bolt off that holds it and take the whole pan off.
