front left wheel clucking!

95 XJ 4" lift Dana 30 front
My front left wheel is making a cluck, cluck, cluck sound.mabe like 2 dowel rods lightly hiting together. It does this when I am going very slow-walking pace and even slower. It does it straight and on turns as well. I cant hear it when I speed up cause the road noise is too loud.
Its never done this before.
I instaled Warn manual lock out hubs 2 or 3 mths agos and have only been wheelin once since install. Cant seem to hear the right wheel doing this noise.

somebody said it might be ujoints but wouldnt they not be turning if the hubs were unlocked???

if they're actually unlocked they wouldn't turn mabey you should put it up on jackstands and put it in gear (2wd) and see if your tire is turning
