MSD/RENIX compatability questions

Like the title says I'm curious what sucsess ya'll have had with the 6A wired into the RENIX system. I got a 6A, noise suppressor, and Mustang blaster 2 off a buddy that wrecked his pony and parted it out. I purchased a wiring kit from MSD that looks pretty straight forward but I know that the RENIX system is kinda quirky. Anyway, just looking for thoughts. Thanks, Chris.

Renix system works fine with the MSD wiring and 6A box and stock coil. Had it on my 89 MJ before I converted to MSD coil and removed the original coil and ignition module.

What was involved and what benefits did you experience removing the stock ignition box? Thanks, CHris.

No Benefits on a Daily Driver - I replaced the computer on the drag race MJ so had to get rid of the controller.
