Need some help/info...

I'm looking to do a drum to disc conversion on my 96 XJ Classic w/ 8.25 rear axle. Least expensive the better (bet ya never heard that before,lol). Web site links, personal experience, etc... Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Use the search function and look around, someone here did it and even posted a parts list a few months ago. You can do it with all jeep parts from a ZJ and now you could even luck out and find a KJ with 8.25 that already has all the parts on it, they come with rear discs as well as the unlimited TJ, they are rear disc too.

Has anyone ever tried the XJ 8.25 axle w/ drum to ZJ or KJ 8.25 axle w/ disc swap? Pros & cons....
