Can I flip the 3rd member 180 degrees and use the axle as a front axle.

well you've had 2 hours since CRASH have you a hint; the answer is NO. you can use it as a front axle without flipping the 3rd though. start looking at Currie stuff, they do a lot with 9s in the front.
