I just got done with the A/C on my 90. For a retrofit I'm fairly happy with how cold it's blowing. I wondered two things.
1. On a 90 can you get to the drain from the inside. I can't seem to reach down with anything to "declogify" it from the outside. I know people have discussed this before on later model XJs but wasn't sure on earlier years. Also my drain is just a black plastic tube coming out of the firewall, theres no hose.. should there be?
2. I didnt actually flush the old system before I retrofitted it. I had it evacuated twice but would an evac. pull the old oil out of the lines?
I would really like some help on these things because if I need to have it flushed I should probably know now so I can do it before I ruin my new compressor.
Thanks everyone
