homemade long arms

anybody out there fabricate there own long arm kit?
I did a quick search and didnt find much. I am looking to build a set and wonder if there are any plans or such out there

I just finished my 2nd set,working even better than v1's.

yup built my own. they work well, ALOT better than the old short arms in every possible situation.
