Quick CD Player Question

I will be parking the Jeep for the next 2 weeks while out of town and I want to take this faceplate off but I dont know the trick. The right side opens up but the left side will not release from whatever its latched to. What's the secret? I know this is a dumb question...

I bet it's getting caught on the trim around the faceplate. I had the same problem with my alpine. try taking that trim peice off first, then the faceplate.

After taking the trim off with a flathead the faceplate popped right off. Thanks for the help.

no prob. The DIN space in the cherokee is a tight fit. The stock bexel puts alot of pressure on that trim piece, so faceplates tend to act funny. I just stopped putting mine back on.
