Yes I searched, for a long time! But I didnt find an exact answer and most of the posts either didnt apply and im not really sure what to search for. Any search terms would be appriciated.
I cleaned the engine over the weekend but made sure to cover up the TPS from getting pounded with water, I didnt pressure wash it just hosed it down. After I was done I started it up and it ran and shifted fine. Went to school the next morning and it still worked, went to go to work and it wouldnt shift out of first untill like 4 grand, I came home and unplugged the TPS with the engine off, do I have to have it running to 'reset' it? After I plugged it in it worked fine, went to school this morning and it wouldnt shift again. Is it the TPS for sure?
