Lowered transfer case??

I am going to lower the trans. cross brace an inch to try and correct some of the rear drive shaft angle. Using square tubing and longer bolts. Apart from this, are there any other mods to think about when doing this; such as adjusting transmission and transfer case links and cables?

sometimes it makes a difference - sometimes not...

that is the one thing that i did not address in my write up -

also look for:
radiator fan clearance
new angles on the motor mounts
Exhaust routing - might have issues with rear ehaust hanger
front DS max angle (most likely not an issue)
