engine light on

hi i will like to know if any body have an idea were is the battery temp sensor? I went to get a diagnostic on my jeep xj 99 for the engine light and they told me the code was p1492 and that it was a aplsol solenoid circut
malfunction they do not know what that is. do any body knows what that is.
