no brakes again!!

i have no brakes. i have new brakes that are a year old from the older owner. they still look brand new. i replaced a bad wheel cylinder and flushed all the lines. i have a hard pedal when off and no pedal when running. what the ^%#& is going on. i dont see any fluid leaking. is something wrong with the master cylinder and how would i know. help please.

I would start with a stuck calliper in the front, possibly a plugged line in the rear. The booster may also have gone bad.

all the parts move the way they should. lines are all clear because they drained clean. how can i tell if the booster is bad besides buying a new one to see?
