power buttons gettin dim?

My power button controls have a few buttons with dimmer lights.
is there a way to fix this? is there a light in the buttons or ? what.

sorry for such a dumb question , but just can't seem to see anything that could be replaced to help the dimmer ones.

Take the covers off and clean them maybe, see if the dimmer switch is turned all the way up, repalce the bulbs...

and grounds, check the grounds. Higher resistance from corroded or dirty grounds could cause this problem
