a dumb question

I have an ARB in the front of a high pinion 30. when I release the locker it makes a faint swoosh. Everyone elses I have heard were quite a bit louder when they release the locker. My ARB works well, and I have never had any problems, I was just curious why mine is so quiet.

Uh-oh! Your locker is about to blow up! You'd better stop using it and pull it out now or it might blow apart the whole axle when it goes.

After you take it out just send it to me and I will dispose of it properly. ;)

Might have a bite of oil in the line. That usually tones down the noise.
