is it worth the effort to swap a later 99+ intake onto a 98? someone said earlier that it will produce about 10hp .. is that bs or does that work... also .. is that a direct bolt on?

I would do the conversion again as it is that noticeable in torque increase when towing. Should be a straight bolt on with your model.

If you need any help i have done it on my 91 too. GoJeep has an excellent write up (that's what inspired me to do it) but as his is RHD some info is Kinda well.... for lack of a better word, Backwards.
My advice DO IT! Read GoJeep's write up, then let me know if i can help convert OZ the US parts.
