I have had minor vibration issues with my XJ since I got it, even before I lifted it. Lifting it made it WAY worse, but all my angles seemed fine.
Replace both drive shaft U-joints and they lasted 2,000 miles before they were toast.
I had noticed there was a fair bit of slop in where the slip-yoke goes into the t-case, but didn't think much of it. Took my rig in to have the drive shaft balanced, and got talking to the tech. Once we went through the usual suspects like pinion angle he asked how sloppy the yoke was and then told me to change the output shaft bushing (in the tailcone behind the seal).
Cost $9.00 and removed all the slop in the yoke, and now I'm vibration free.
