This is probably a stupid question, but have any of you re-installed an engine/auto trans. together w/o the upper & lower "inspection covers"? Just block to tranny? I'm building yet another Chero & cannot find the upper plate that installs between the engine/trans & only have the lower removable inspection cover. Has anyone had a bad experience doing it this way?
