2wd AW4 to 4wd AW4 possible????

I have a good working 2wd AW4 and I want to convert it too a 4wd. I have a 4wd AW4 but it is burnt up. Anybody done this? I hope I don't have to strip it down. Thanks for any advice.

You will have to exchange the output shaft, the one in the 4WD is shorter, which will require tearing it down. Other than that the tailstock and rear bushing and seal are the only diferences.
