View Full Version : HELP! 4.56 gears in a 8.25 99XJ

Putting 4.56 gears in 8.25 rear axle. Randy's said I could use the oem diff case. I'm trying to put the axles back in and the spider gear pin won't clear the ring gear. What did I do wrong? More important, What do I do to fix this??

You didnt do anything wrong,you have to carefully grind a little of a tooth or two!
