Cherokee plow in MA

I have a 6.5' snow plow in very good condition. It has a hydraulic plow with v-belt and valve body. I think it's a Western and the pump is a Monarch. I bought it for my 1988 XJ with a 4 liter and don't want to buy a electric/hydraulic pump. How about $550 or B.O.?. Earl 866-338-3828

I'm having trouble understanding the pump reference. Does the engine mounted Monarch pump not work??
