D30 torque numbers

I have to do front axle seals and don't have the torque numbers for the hub nut and the carrier bolts. anyone have them handy? I've read the Madxj writeup, any other good advice?

According to the '95 FSM:

bearing cap bolt..........45 ft. lbs.
axle nut......................175 ft. lbs.
wheel bearing bolt......75 ft. lbs.
