Mr. Hinkley ... we will all admit Badlands is not the premier place to wheel. We do have several unique and traditional things you'd really enjoy participating in:
:D Night time tour of Attica. Lots of young girls who prowl the streets there (so I hear).
:D Test your wrenching skills (Bloose will surely break).
:D Muddy Rocks ... the "Harry Buffalo" of wheelin'.
:D Misery ... with a hangover.

Mitch:
Running out as a group along I70/74 would be great, EXCEPT I think it's going to be a last minute decision for me based on a lot of variables. So, I wouldn't want you making plans around mine. Hopefully we'll get a few others interested around here before then.
If I get the chance to go, my plan is to head out Thursday (3 MAR), run on Friday and Saturday, and head back on Sunday. It's about a 12 hour ride from Western Jersey.
As for lodging, last time I was there, I "camped" out at the Attica town park near the river with some of the other MW diehards in 6* weather. I believe we had three pieces of 2x4 for heat. I'm not familiar with the "new" campground, but, unless things have changed, the nearest motels are not very close. Probably another last minute decision.
Paragon and Rausch Creek are a lot closer for us (and IMHO, better wheeling), but, more expensive than the Badlands, and we don't get the chance to hang with the always entertaining MW crew. They came to NACFest, and I think it's only fair that some of us NAC guys return the favor on their turf.

I am intrested in going. Can someone tell me more about this place. I looked at there web page and i didn't see much of anything about what the trails are like. My jeep is running about 4 inches of lift w/ 31's and that is about all that is done to it right now. Would that work out ok? I have a 7 hr drive to there so I have to be able to get the jeep home somehow if I blow something up (I don't have much seat time so far).

There is easy, moderate, and difficult trail at Attica. There are also some playground where everything is optional but lots of fun stuff from easy to extreme to play on. The easy trails could likely be run in a stock XJ fairly easily.
Here is the list of must haves from the bylaws,
Legally required automobile insurance and registration;
Fire extinguisher;
First Aid Kit;
Tow Rope (no metal hooks allowed), Tow Chain, or Winch;
Safety belts;
Spare tire, jack, and lug wrench;
Hooks both front and rear (or suitable attaching point)
CB (HIGHLY recommended, but not mandatory)
