Front Seat Problems

This the first post for me, please bare with me...
I have a 1992 that has a pair of really loose seat pedastles. They are the power seats and they have so much play in the mechanisms that they rock side to side, back and forth.
Is there a rebuild kit for these or does anyone have a good fix for these?
Has anyone replaced the seats and its mechanisms with after market seats?
If so which seats did you use?

If you take the seats out of the vehicle and flip them over, you'll probably find that the metal shells are cracked. Most folks weld 'em up, often adding some additional metal to strengthen the welds.
