85 8.8 axle specs...?

does anyone know how many splines a 85' 8.8 has?.. and what gears, hopefully 3.55 to match the d30 in front

what is it out of, also for the gears you can check on the cover there should be a tag that tell's you. sometimes though the gears have been changed. you best bet would be to find a 96 or newer and get the 31spline and disk brakes

i would say make sure it is an 8.8 the ford 7.5 look exactly alike!!
