If not, i said you should wait till around 5,000 miles to switch over and even if your seals r good you will seep, its just the nature of the beast. :twisted:

Hey Ben,thanks for tracking me down with the answer. The forums are so busy now that i cant keep track of stuff before it rolls off.
I knew about waiting. I put synth in my motorcycle at 750 miles and it kept using oil because the rings wouldnt seat. Went back to regular oil and they finally seated after a long road trip. Hard to believe oil can be too slick. I'll wait a couple more thousand then.
