What is the color of the hazard wire in the harness under the dash? Also does everyone elses horn only work when the ignition is on? If you have hooked up the horn to our alarm, how did you do it??

The horn on an 89 only works with the ign. on. Call Crutchfield to find out the color of the wire: 1800-955-3000.
