replacement for chylser 8.25 diff

blew my diff. (my driveshaft was too long and banged it pretty good) want to just replace the whole thing with one of those lockers like a detroit or something. anyone have some good recomendations what to get and where.

D44 from a Cherokee or an 8.8 from an 95 or newer Explorer.

What exactly happened? Did you bottom out your driveshaft? I would think that the Xfer case would go before the diff would.

ya it bottomed out. i was too long of a shaft. i was suprised the t case didnt blow, but im glad it didnt.
