removing transfer case

I'm having trouble pulling a 231 t'case. I've removed the nuts that hold it to the tranny, but it won't pull loose. I don't want to bang on this with a hammer. Anyone have any ideas how to get this thing to come loose?

There's six of those nuts...are you sure you got all of 'em? If it's behind an AW4, there's one behind the trans mount on the very bottom that you can't see unless you pull the mount.
