91+ valve cover on a 87-90?

I have heard from some that if i put the HO valve cover on my non ho, that the newer style stuff will help me eliminate blowby...is this true?

First you would need to convert the Valve Cover (http://www.geocities.com/035jeep/40L.html)

Then see if the following fix would work. BlowBy (http://www.madxj.com/MADXJ/technical/technicalfiles/JAvalveCover/ValveCover.htm)

My Xj is a '91 the BlowBy fix works well for 75K+Miles, then you need to just replace the parts again.
