new motor for old warn???

my uncle gave me an old warn winch that doesnt have a motor any more. i beilive it is a m5000 model. i know 8k or + would be beter but beggers cant be choosers right?i definatly dont have the money to buy a new winch right now so if i could get a new motor for this one it would be ALOT beter than the nothing i currently have. so anyone know of anywhere online that might have it? or could i take it to a local electric motor shop and have them see if they have something that might work?

Did you check ebay? There are a few winch motor on ebay all the time. And some of them are companies so they may have what you need just not listed on ebay.
