Deciphering Dana/Spicer axle #s

I tried searching over at Dana.com with no luck. These are Jeep MJ 44 rear #s; I'm trying to determine which are track-lock L/S and which are open diff:

605325-12 (3.07:1)
605325-13 (3.07:1)
605325-10 (3.54:1)
605325-14 (3.54:1)

The last -xx numbers determine the ratio and L/S or open... help anyone?

According to this only the -13 and -14 are trac loc rest is open.
