New transfercase/tranny crossmember

How many people here have made new crossmembers for there transfercase and trann to drop them down w/o loosing and possibly gaining ground clearance?? I am thinking about making one up for my 92 cherokee. So any ideas, problems and pics would be welcomed.

Rusty's Offroad has one that has a built in 1" drop for something like 119.00. I have it on mine. Really strong, beefy crossmember. You can look at it on their web site. www.rustysoffroad.com
