ez or full detroit??

so i am building a front 44 and i don't have a carrier for it i bought the gears, so now i am wondering if i should jsut spend the extra 150 to 200 and buy a full detroit or just and ez?? i know ez are strong but y not just get the full?????

go full, especially if you need a carrier anyhow.

and especially if you are gonna have lockout hubs.

Either will work fine, you'd probably never know the difference. The only time you might notice the EZ locker is in 2wd with the hubs locked, it might chatter now and then when turning....you'll never know the full Detroit is there. Over a very long time, the full Detroit should outlast the EZ.

Go full. My EZ wore out and broke in less than 2 years.
