New to the engine mods.

I have few engine mods done to my Jeep. The extent would be a K&N FIPK. I have done all kinds of suspension work to it and protection. So I decided to focus on the engine a little. Im not looking for an all out racing XJ. I recently purchased a 99+ intake and was wondering if a bored out TB, bigger injectors and and a header with high flow cat and muffler would give me noticeable power gains. If so, What recommendations of manufacturers can you offer for reference.
