Home fab'd adjustable control arms

You can build some arms easily but be advised that they'll cost you as much as buying them pre-made.

#1 NO SCHEDULE 40 PIPE! You've gotta use DOM common size is 1.5" dia x .250 wall minimum for lowers. The uppers can be lighter weight/size tubing, probably 1.25" x .250.

#2 You can tap the tubing for a 1" bolt or Currie JJ end if you order .288 wall DOM. No drilling required hence no lathe needed.

#3 If you use weld in bungs use larger tubing or you'll have to turn out an ID for the bung to fit into. Plug weld the bungs before welding the ends and cut the tubing on about a 45 deg. angle to get a good bead on the bung.

#4 You'll need 2.5" JJs or imitations to fit the LCA mounts, the uppers are 2" JJ.

Good luck.
