The Big Dilemna...

Pagign Dr. Naxja: 97 XJ 4.0, 5-spd, 231, stock, 120k, daily drive. Bigtime REAR SPRING SAG, and I need new rear shocks (factory). I've added abotu 150 lbs over stcok in rear (gas skid, tow assembly, full-size spare, sub, etc.).
SINCE I need new shocks, and springs, I'm wonderign if this is the time to look in the "packages."
But don't want to go more than an two inches over stock, with drivey vibey concerns (no SYE or t-case drop in budget.)
What about OMEs? Or Mopar Up-Countrys?
I'm not a fan of shacles or add-a-leafs.
How abotu air shox in back whiel I'm at it? I do tow some (two sleds, pop-up camper.)
Cost est?
I've got a guy who can do the springs and shocks at one time, so labor's not too much of a prob. But don't want to get into too many of his hours on my paycheck.
Thanx for ideas...G
