Claws

Alright, Im going to start another one cause I couldnt find any info on Baja Claws when I searched. Compared to other tires, how does the Mickey Thompson Baja Claw Radial fare on road? I'm thinking I need a good double duty tire, but does the radial claw suck terribly on road? I was thinking 33x12.50 or 32x11.50 on a 4.5" lift.

Everyone I've talked to who ran the radial Claws was unhappy with the way they wore, on the road. They all reported 20-25K miles, before the tires were smooth as a baby's bottom.
My experience with the MT Baja Belted was the same. Great, off-road, but didn't last long on the pavement.
