What year waggy had 5X5.5 bolt pattern?

I don't know the exact years, but thru the 60's and into the very early 70's is probably a safe bet.

Below is a list of the years of the spindle and knuckle you’ll need for a Chevy disk conversion to run Ford hubs on it. Do note all the differnet knuckles!

Not too sure on the Waggie. I do know that the J-10's had a 5 on 5.5" pattern at least up until the early 70's,though.

any other circumstances (reasons) that you know of during the same time period that they swittched to 6 lug? ex: did 6 lug start when they started putting model 20's in the back?

Not sure exactly when or why they switched to 6 lug. I do not believe it was at the intro of the M20, because you could still find 6 lug D44 rears.
