i'm gettin ready to get staitioned at camp pendelton. You tellin me that the lowest part of the frame cant be above 23"? Please tell me it aint so.

That's what the man says. Although you can stretch it (I've seen Ford F150's that are a good 42" off the ground), it's just a question of how far (saftey of the Jeep itself) you push it and how you drive.

(Mean to say that it's basically ignored unless either the cop wants to get you for something, or the person is driving like a total ass)
Its funny though, most cops, & firefighters here in SoCal drive big Ford F-350s lifted too..... So they sympathise with us... They hate rice burners though!! :D
