Rear Door upgrade 97 into 94

Hello all,

So I flipped my 94 Jeep xj a few weeks ago on the passenger side wheeling it and upon closer inspection it seemed the only damage was the doors being crushed.

I went to the junk yard and grabbed a set (front and rear) of doors from a 97 since I remember reading somewhere that other than a strike plate changes it should be a swap. Well I got the front ones on but the rear door is proving to be impossible to get in aligned. Most of the swaps I've seen online were the front doors only, is this because the rear doors don't swap, perhaps a size change or is the pillar on my Jeep tweaked?
