96 sport wont start

pulled into car wash yesterday running fine shut it off went to turn the key nothing,acts as if its dead but all lights are bright jumped it still nothing has a new battery, new nss, new alternator when hitting the ignition the relay does click in fuse box starter go out or soliniod or bad wire maybe didnt get it looked at yet relay clicks in box switched 2 around still nothing

You need to check voltage on the small center wire at the starter solenoid while a helper turns the key. If you don't get voltage there then something upstream is the problem (NSS, starter relay, etc). If you do get voltage there, then something is wrong with the solenoid or the starter motor.
