Are these the 24 lb Ford racing injectors I read so much about for strokers?

I'm stroking my 2001 to a 4.5L, new 4.2 crank and new forged pistons (Icon), stock rods, stock top end (i.e. cam, etc.).
Will those Ford injectors work with my stroker?
...Do I really need these or would I be fine just keeping the stock injectors?
