Swapping 0630 head onto 88 XJ?

Will this work if I swap the 0630 head along with the intake and exhaust that came with this head?

Or am I missing something here?

Both are 4.0s obviously.

If you have emissions test for the renix XJ, you need to keep the egr and the matching manifolds. Otherwise, it's plug n pray. 7120 is a better head though.
Head will swap, if you use renix manifolds make sure to use the renix gasket.
